• Profile information you provide: name, date of birth, gender, contact details, religion/community, education, occupation, family details, photos, and your answers to profile questions.
• Account information: email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Usage information: messages you send through the platform, profiles you view or shortlist, and login activity (for account security).
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and display your profile to other verified members
• To generate match suggestions based on your details and preferences
• To send account-related emails: verification, subscription reminders, birthday wishes, and new-match notifications
• To review and approve photos and moderate reported content
• To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the platform

3. What Other Members Can See

Other members can see the profile details and photos you've chosen to make visible. Your phone number and email address are hidden until a member has an active paid subscription with contact-viewing access.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform — our payment gateway (Razorpay) for processing subscriptions, and our email provider for sending account-related emails — and only to the extent required for those services to function.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt), not encrypted or plain text. Photos are reviewed before publication, and file uploads are restricted to image formats only. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You can update your profile information at any time from your account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via the Contact Us page.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
