With the reports that the Congress high command might consider change of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, his detractors have once again launched a tirade against him.
On Thursday, ministers like D L Ravindra Reddy, K Jana Reddy and Prasad Kumar had a closed-door meeting with deputy chief minister Damodar Raja Narasimha and discussed the style of functioning of Kiran Kumar Reddy and the large scale criticism against the government on its failure to resolve several problems such as power crisis. A couple of ministers were of the view that the soon the Chief Minister is replaced, the better for the Congress party in the state.
In fact, DLR went a step ahead and wrote a letter to the high command to sack him from the cabinet, if it did not have plans to change the chief minister. “Either Kiran should go or I should be removed from the cabinet,” he asserted.
